Specialist Geotechnical and Geological Services

Although a Phase II site investigation may include a significant geotechnical component, for example recommendations for foundations in a residential or commercial development, the Phase II works may confirm a need for specific works to address a particular geotechnical problem. Alternatively, clients often approach G&J having already identified a potential problem that needs investigating and addressing.
